The KADSSU President said; “I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the successful hosting of the Oration Program. It was a truly remarkable event that set a precedent for future engagements, and we could not have achieved this without the support of our distinguished speakers and guests.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Hon. Hassan Abdul for representing the ALGON Chairman Shiek Albani Samaru Zaria with such grace and authority. His speech on “Empowering Local Governance: Unlocking Opportunities for Students Through Autonomy” was not only insightful but also filled with wisdom that greatly enriched our understanding of the topic. The clarity with which he presented his ideas allowed us to grasp the importance of empowering local governance and its potential impact on students and the community.

We also want to acknowledge Dr. Laah from the Department of Local Government ABU Zaria Congo. His detailed breakdown of the concept of local government and autonomy provided valuable context that enhanced our discussions. His contributions were instrumental in elevating the quality of the program.

Furthermore, we are immensely grateful to Hon. Muhammad Shehu Molash , diligently represented by Dr. Aliyu Khalid. Your commitment to this program after weeks of active engagement and value you give to student unionism were vital to its success. Your leadership and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we believe the people of Soba Local Government are indeed fortunate to have you as their representative.

This program was the first of its kind, and the knowledge imparted has left a lasting impression on all attendees. We are hopeful that this event marks the beginning of many more collaborative efforts aimed at empowering our communities and fostering local governance.

Once again, thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the Oration Program. Your hard work and passion have paved the way for future opportunities, and we look forward to continuing this important dialogue.
